Currently we're having multiple type of product and manufacture. Therefore Shipping time will be vary depend on product type. Please reference this table for detail shipping time
Product directly from our US warehouse
- Processed time: 2 days after payment received
- Shipping time: 3 - 5 business days with USPS first class
Note: Shipping time will be varied on peak season! On peak season please go to each product to get the right estimate shipping time!
Print on demand product from US
- Processed time: 6 - 7 days after payment received. Peak season 10 - 13 days
- Shipping time: 3 - 5 business days with USPS first class
Print on demand product from Asia
- Processed time: 5 - 7 days after payment received.
- Shipping time: 10 - 25 business days with EMS
- Express shipping time: 7 - 10 days with EMS
Return & refund
Cancellation
Orders may be canceled if they have not been processed and shipped. After they have been processed they may not be canceled. On those situation contact us via contact@pugsaddict.com so we can find the solution.
Return & refund
In case you receive a damage, bad quality print or incorrect order, we are more than happy to replace a new one for you. In this situation please contact us via contact@pugsaddict.com with image about your order.
In case the product does not fit your size. Please contact us via contact@pugsaddict.com. We will find a solution for you.
In case you want to return the product, please assure that it had not been used and still in original package. Also please contact us via contact@pugsaddict.com first so we can arrange your return and prepare refund. Customer will pay for the shipping fee and shipping fee won't be refunded.
In case you type incorrect Shipping address and order packages were lost, PugsAddict.com will not refund nor assume liability for orders.
